The game begins with each player being issued with his own leather cup and five dice. Perudo, played in rounds, begins by all contestants shaking their dice around in the cup. Players then turn the cups over on face down, so that the dice are concealed. The free Perudo guide will help you play.

The betting stage begins with one of the players calling or guessing at the number of rolls. An opponent can call him if he thinks that an opponent has over-estimated, they call out the word “Dudo”, meaning “I doubt it “in Spanish. The caller then announces his number, and the doubter can call his bluff and even raise the bid, by the number of dice or value of the dice as is explained in this free perudo guide.

If the doubter is correct, then the caller must show the dice, and all remaining players must show their dice also in order to verify the call. The player who loses the call loses a dice and places it in the discard pile and a new round begins.

The player, who just lost a dice, becomes the first player to call in the next round, unless he has been eliminated from the game. And so the game continues till the player with at least one die in his cup is the winner. Read the free perudo guide to win.
